Q: Is Tuesday different than the other week days?
A: Yes. Tuesdays will be pick up and drop off from 8-9am and 4-5pm.

Q: How does the payment work?

A: We go by "days", not "nights". You always pay for the first day. Then each additional day. On weekdays, you do not pay for the day if you pick up before 11:30am.

Email is preferred because we can answer it at any time and we can keep a record of our conversation.

Q. Can we pick up/drop off early or late?

A. We can sometimes accommodate different drop off/pick up times, for special circumstances. Please do not just show up early or late or someone may not be there. There may be an additional charge.

Guests of the Resort and Spa will need:

Rabies Certificate (must be the certificate)
DHPP vaccine (or some form of Distemper)
Bordetella (given 2 weeks to 1 year prior to stay or service)
Canine Influenza (2 doses) Boarding Only

If you are a PA Resident, we recommend that you keep your PA Dog License on file. The Dog Warden makes unannounced visits to check for Rabies Certificates and Licenses. This does not apply to residents of other states.

If you are an out of state resident, you will need a CVI Health form if you are are boarding for more than 30 consecutive days.
